getting error when mt3dms running

Hi everybody
I have used Flopy library to create mt3dms model on my existing Modflow model (created by GMS). but when the model was running I got an error:

Using NAME File: Carrier_MT3DMS.nam
The value of the STATUS specifier in an OPEN statement does not match the file status (unit=10).
Error occurs at or near line 163 of btn5open
Called from or near line 169 of MAIN_

How can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge and your answers. the code is following:
