There are many services out there for audio/video transcription services. Replicate idea so that uploaded audio/video file(s) or youtube url to generate transcription on-demand. Use open source transformer models (e.g., faster-whisper + deepspeed). Generally these services are paid to use. See the cost for infra, and see if this can be distributed for free
