rspack support

As rspack (rust webpack) moves forward we will need to have support for Module Federation. This RFC is for tracking the progress of that activity.

Is there any official documentation of rspack?

I could only find some info at https://modernjs.dev/builder/en/guide/introduction.html, but it says the support of rspack is still under construction.

Hello @MondoGao, @hardfist and the rspack team will be releasing the documentation next month. We will be updating links to it then, once it lands publicly we will be able to share which hooks are missing to fully support MF in rspack.
