Add a section with 'real-world' examples

Include a dedicated section for real-world examples. These examples will be more complicated than the simple examples used to introduce topics in the rest of the course, but might be introduce useful ideas for problem solving.

These examples could combine multiple topic areas, and tackle some of the problems that people post about on the #r slack channel.
