flymd not working with "Edit with Emacs" (Chrome Extension) #7

Hello,
when I try to call flymd-flyit in a buffer of Edit with Emacs the minibuffer tells me What's wrong... 😆
It appears to be a problem, that the file is not save on the HDD as [...].md.
Can I somehow get it to work?
I tried to remove the if clause in the flyit function but did not succeed...
