Disable edit/update/etc. buttons when mirror is locked

Given that it's not possible to modify a locked mirror (projectversion), we should at least disable the edit/update/etc. buttons.

Also, there is no clear indication that the mirror is even locked, either in the mirror page and in the mirror listing page. See attachment.
