Save/Load some UI state out to disk using Avalonia persistent storage:

Filters in every page
"Show Cubemaps" (texture browser and eventually pakfile explorer)
"Show Debug Logs"
"Save Compressed"
"Make backup"

Wasn't planning on doing this but looks like it might be very easy using existing Avalonia stuff.
