Requesting database query to enable birthday notifications for all contacts

Hi there! I have a monica instance that I imported a vcf of my phone contacts. When doing this, the "Create an annual birthday reminder" option was not checked to show what contacts have birthdays on the main landing page. My end goal is for every contact I have a birth date stored for, to show on the landing page. This is how I keep track of them without having a Facebook account. I'm not a database person, so I don't know the query to write to basically check that box for every contact (that has a birth date). Any assistance on this would be appreciated!
