[Bug Report] 新版v2ray 不能运行，请考虑回退版本 #267

希望作者可以回退下 v2ray 的版本，当前4.5 的版本应该没有做测试，mpis 下的 v2ray 在路由器下并不能运行

问题发现了好像 scripts 里面的 wgetsh 下载后没有将 v2ctl 文件移动到对应目录，因为没有这个文件可能会导致4.5版本的解析配置出现问题，我在r3p上一直都没有，因为之前用的配置在4.23上不需要这个文件，应该从4.5都需要从这个地方开始解析配置了

如果作者知道是谁么什么原因没有移动到就最好了，看文件是都下下来了，而且都是 777 的
