Reconstruction of PersephoneP

Motivation

The development of this browser, Persephone, looks like patching. This project started from anger of @montblanc18 , and it got some features bit by bit.
As a result, its source code is becoming complex. For preventing it, We, or rather I, should re-design the construction of this browser.
After finishing re-constructing this browser, PersephoneP will reach version 2.0.

Ground Design

At first, @montblanc18 define 4 major parts of this browser.

• Main Window : This is a main form of this browser. Other elements are drawn onto it.
• Tab Controller : This is main pages of this browser. After calling it via Main Window, it manage browsing.
• Download Controller: This controls download process. It is desirable to show progress of download.
• Config Controller: This manages personal data.
