Problem with setRotation(...) with Arduino_NV3041A on bus Arduino_ESP32QSPI

I don't think it is a problem in the library but I have nowhere else to turn. I looked at source of setRotation and compared with the manual and it is correct. The problem is that no matter what value I set the command sent to the bus has no effect. It is as if the command doesn't get sent.

I use the device JC4827W543R. There is no community around it and very little resources on the web. The examples provided by the manufacturer do not work when I change display rotation to portrait mode :(

I attach 2 pictures of the screen and notice the second image which should be displayed in portrait mode but it doesn't.
