chore(release): v0.33.1

Patch, carrying the herd's session-switcher documentation (#345).

Docs would not normally need a release, but half of #345 is cli-schema.mjs
— `moshcode help attach` is code, and install.sh serves the latest release
tarball rather than main, so an installed machine keeps answering the old
help text until a release moves. The keys it documents (Ctrl-b s to pick a
session, Ctrl-b )/( to step, Ctrl-b L for the last one) have been live
since v0.33.0; nothing about the herd's behaviour changes here.

Patch rather than minor: no command added, none removed, none changed.
