I'd recommend language on the landing page that is a flat $10 for 60 days of donation, rather than $5 for extension and another $5 for 60 days of data, because if people just download the extension and do nothing else, we will have no way of contacting them to pay them.

1. Does Kart's new extension need to go through AMO review? I'm guess yes, even if it's perfunctory. They typically have a holiday blackout we need to be aware of.
2. Does Kart's new extension need an updated AMO "product listing" page? If so, we'll need to get that ticketed and planned for...
