It's not clear from the readme and the script help instructions what exact steps are required to upload a newly added model to remote setting. Since we're going to stick with the manual procedure for some time, we should make it easy for anyone on the team to upload the models.

The documentation should include precise instruction what to do next when we landed a new folder with model files in the repo.
