Currently, versioning is applied to the whole registry. It simplifies things but requires copying all the models on GCP when we update just one and bump the version. Also this leads to cache invalidation for all models in Firefox Translations, which will be especially problematic if we go with implementing automatic model updates in the extension: mozilla/firefox-translations#168
