Currently, we store models on GCS in the bergamot-sandbox project. It is a test project which has to be renewed every 6 months. We should create a production one and migrate storage there.

Also, it seems better to use Cloud CDN on top of the bucket to increase caching and reduce costs and latency. https://cloud.google.com/cdn/docs/setting-up-cdn-with-bucket

Also, some folks are suspicious of using GCP, so it's probably better to switch to another CDN that is already used by Firefox.
