No release for 4.1.3 tag

I updated the AUR package for mozjpeg to 4.1.3 on the assumption that it was intended to be a release. You may want to issue a release on Github so that it shows up in the "latest release" section. (If you're using the tag to indicate something else in this case, please let me know.)

Are these releases stable? Or should I stick with 4.1.1 ?
