We're putting together norms and best practices in open source as a guide on how to "Work Open" with contributors. These skills are needed to engage the community to learn and build together. This repo is documenting lessons and skills we value in leaders within the open source community.

Short Term

• Fill out all sections
• Reach out to specific people who are experts in particular sections - ask them to submit content

Medium Term

• Workshop sections with different groups / new Fellows / MozFest / others
• Develop training curriculum around these lessons for onboarding project leaders / Fellows

Long Term

• Use these lessons as leadership development resources across Mozilla
