This repository has no information about its licensing. There is no information in the README.rst file, nor a COPYRIGHT, COPYING or LICENSE file. Therefore, it is not clear if an user can copy, modify and redistribute the scripts in this repository. Though mpv classifies as free software, this set of build scripts simply doesn't.
