Lenovo m70q tiny and intel 630 gpu help

I am totally new to mpv and I am looking for a bit of help. I have a lenovo m70q tiny core i5 with 16gb dual channel ram and intel onboard uhd630 gpu widows 11. I use it for my iptv through a 4k tv with a display port 4k 60hz adaptor. I use iptv player zero which uses mpv. I am trying to create a config file for hd fhd and possibly 4k video playback. On player zero standard settings im getting nearly 100 percent gpu usage and temps at 65 degrees playing 4k . I asked google ai for help making a config file but not sure if this is the right way. Can anyone suggest a starting point I could try.
