Support for PIC U?

Is that implemented in GixSQL?
What would the DB column type be?

If it isn't implemented yet - is there any option to support

     PIC U(200)   *> reserves 800 bytes, 200 utf-8 chars max
     PIC U BYTE-LENGTH 200 * reserves 200 bytes, contains 50-200 utf-8 chars

or should this be done with UTF-16 (PIC N)?

Note: rechecked procob - while it does support UTF8 client encoding the host variables must be PIC X in this case.
For other client encodings (UTF-16) PIC N is available.
