I didn't find an existing issue for this, but in Minutor 2.3.0 you can view Nether fortresses while viewing the Overworld, and you can view Overworld villages while viewing the Nether.
However, as you know there is a 8:1 scale difference between coordinates in the Nether and the Overworld, but the structures are displayed as-is, so unless you are looking at the right dimension in Minutor, the structures don't actually display where they are in the game.
Perhaps it could be a cool feature to scale structure overlays between dimensions, so you can more easily see where to build a portal in the Nether to end up near a village, or in the Overworld to end up near a fortress.

To be clear, I would like to still submit this as a feature request. I for one would appreciate this - not sure if a GitHub issue is the right medium of course.
