Changing sample from dropdown doesnt apply properly to cbioportal tab.

Example case, load two samples:

/Users/aprice/mskcc/facets_testData/heme/P-0050814-T05-IH3_P-0050814-N01-IH3
/Users/aprice/mskcc/facets_testData/heme/P-0050912-T01-IH3_P-0050912-N01-IH3

load the first one and click cBioportal. It will take you to the correct page.

If you then use the dropdown box to select the second sample, and then click cbioportal again, it will still take you to the page for the first sample.

Update the dropdown function or cbio function to properly track the loaded sample.
