DetectRTC.videoInputDevices giving results after removing the camera also in chrome #79

Once we remove the camera and try to load DetectRtc still it is giving the previously removed camera in the list until we close the tab r browser.This is happening only in chrome latest versions above 70, in firefox it is giving empty results which is working fine.
