Hi is it possible to get the tests cover all the code?

Improving test coverage is certainly desired, but covering 100% just for the sake of it, isn't usually helpful: the tests need to be meaningful.

In the context of termenv there's an additional barrier: some of the tests would need to be integration tests that actually interact with a terminal, something that's not easily testable.

Always happy to accept contributions!
