Pagefile can’t be created...

Noticed that strange issue while Windows 7 is being launched from usb...
OS just doesn't allocate this file in its original place - drive c:...
If I attach one more physical disk to my system - it shows up and get running ok, but not on the native c:...
Any help, please!

This problem also exists on WTG, Because Windows doesn't allow put a pagefile on removable drives
All you can do is just disable it

PS: Starting from 8.1 and later - OS does allow to, though...
