Should have destination-dir options for fetches like this:

git clone [email protected]:mulle-sde/.github.git github-frontpage

cfetch can't do it and fetch is not convenient:

mulle-fetch fetch github:mulle-sde/.github github-frontpage

conceivably rename fetch to strict-fetch and make cfetch fetch and more convenient
