unneeded build options murmur

With the help of mumble github members , I finally managed to build murmur with as goal to replace the 1.3.X static server build for centos 7.9. Only one instance of murmur will be run on a small vps in the cloud.

So I was going down the build option list , to spot any options , i have never used over the last decade of hosting my murmur.

So far i have :
Dice=OFF , never used it and at this point the client itself has improved a lot for user management as admin.
Dzeroconf=OFF is default on but if I understand it correctly it is only for like local lan detection of murmur , so i can turn it off?

Any other suggestions I could turn on/off? Or any comments on my assumptions are always welcome!

What is your goal here? I would simply leave all options at their default value, unless you have a specific reason to change them 🤔

I was documenting like how I did everything , wasn't easy for me to figure everything out. So then i started to wonder about maybe i can keep it simpler for myself. But since i done it now once , guess it doesn't matter that much. Thx for pointing it out.

I do have a question out of curiosity , the zeroconf/Bonjour what does it actually do ? Does it make sense in like a vps environment?

The Zeroconf thingy is used for discoverability of your server within a local network. It's handy if you e.g. run a server on localhost
