Authenticating other TF modules to cluster #39

Is it possible to allow other modules to add manifests to the cluster after it has been created?

A few goals for this:

Upgrade aws vpc CNI version (raw kubernetes manifests)
Install a CNI (maybe a helm chart)
Run https://github.com/fluxcd/terraform-provider-flux to initialize a gitops workflow.
