In the past, the application would attempt to connect and launch the service when WiFi was connected.
Due to changes in the broadcast receivers and background services, this doesn't work as it used to work in the past.
Investigate if there is a new way to start a foreground service when the WiFi network get connected.
If it is possible, only launch the service if the network IP is available in the connection settings and a connection can be established to the plugin.
Is there an existing issue for this?
