Make it easier to manage the PC & MusicBee using the remote

Description

• Add an option to broadcast the magic wol packet to a computer.
• Add the option to shut down the computer via the remote (requires plugin changes).
• Add the option to close MusicBee itself via the app (requires plugin changes).

Closing as Not Planned

After reviewing the implementation requirements:

• Wake-on-LAN could be implemented app-side, but requires users to manually configure MAC addresses
• Shutdown/Sleep PC and Close MusicBee raise security concerns about remote control of the computer

These features are deferred indefinitely due to:

1. Security considerations around remote PC power management
2. Limited user demand vs. implementation complexity
3. Potential for misuse if network is compromised

Users needing these capabilities can use dedicated remote desktop or PC management tools.
