Following instructions in ReadMe file and running on an Ubuntu machine

sarah@TR-Server:~/Temp/static-analysis-clang/build$ make check-clang-tools
make: *** No rule to make target 'check-clang-tools'.  Stop.

I was running in the wrong folder but still same result after running in right folder:

sarah@TR-Server:~/Temp/static-analysis-clang/llvm/build$ make check-clang-tools
make: *** No rule to make target 'check-clang-tools'.  Stop.

In the meanwhile, it would be helpful if you can provide a snapshot of cmake command.

I followed the instructions in the ReadMe. Here is what I did:

Due to limited access rights, I am unable to push my changes to main clang-tidy repo:
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.llvm.org/git/clang-tools-extra.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Due to this, my repo is unable to add clang as sub-module. So that is why this error is being generated.

Can you think of a way to overcome this problem? i.e., have the clang repo as a submodule but at the same time be able to push your changes to it.
