proposal: get rid of dead features

over time i've added a lot of weird stuff:

• serialization/deserialization for "fast reload"

• threading (maybe put it behind a cfg?)

• minidump loading

• tracing / diffing

• yaml definitions (almost surely not used)

which of them would we like to remove?

• The minidump saving is more useful than loading I think, having minidump you can use windbg.

• I also don't use yaml, but for sharing specific emulation starting point could be good, also for AI, and for mwemu based tests (non rust tests)

• Threading have to be used also from syscalls in dll emulation mode, not only from winapi implementations.

i added -X pos1,pos2 to start -vv in a specific region, also -X pos1,
