Allow messages to be blocked according to emoji reactions

I can't think of anything that doesn't involve just adding users to your blocklist outright, which...isn't always a good option.
Additional context
Specifically, the chat filter doesn't work for images, as there really isn't a way to detect those like you can with plain text. Being able to select an emote to react to a post so the message could be blocked might not be a preventative measure, but it'd still help.
