Feature request : expose columnar to cursor.execute() #140

Hi,

It's not possible to set columnar with a cursor. It would be nice to be able to use this parameter. thx

Hi.

I don't think this is good idea for common cursor. But it can be implemented in the psycopg2.extras way.

Something like this

columnar_cur = conn.cursor(columnar=True)
