what am I missing?? Id like to have "Start Time" I don't need these all to start at 5am but Apparently I'm blind as a bat and unable to change it.

Grab the last version: you can set the time where it says "Next run date" in this format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss

Example: "2013-01-30 21:27:00" (without quotes)

I think this is resolved and can be closed by #12

@jperelli I think you misunderstood the issue here. Newly created issues do not have a startdate, which should be set when creating a new issue. For example, creating an issue by hand sets the startdate to "today".
