Twitterプロフィールのリンクなどからhttps://が抜けてしまうので、強制リダイレクトの設定を入れる

正しいやり方がよくわからなかったので、ひとまずできるだけhttp://のリンクが使われないようにする。

https://github.com/myokoym/shogiwebroom/tree/force-ssl をlocalhostで試したが、NODE_ENVの値に関わらず、ファイル冒頭に入れるとリダイレクトが有効になってファイル途中（差分）だと無効になるのでよくわからない。
