It keeps giving me the same answer?

I have a custom prompt in Copilot Prompts so that I can call it from the right click menu. It works but for some reason it keeps giving me the same answer for the selected text every regenerate, using gemma3:4b.

Is there a way to force more randomization for these custom prompts?
