Base URl on 1.73.1 no listing models

Bug Description

when I set base url on credencial are not listing models com /models only showing base models from openai but still working when setting on Options

To Reproduce

Setting openai model with custom url directo to credencial

Expected behavior

its perfect setting base url and authentication and its working but the only problema is the /models listing
