Hide the link if the content of the link is already embedded

For a cleaner design, how about...

In a post, if the content of a link is showing as embedded content, hide the link. Right-clicking or long-tap on the embedded content can provide the option to show the link or copy it.

I don't know about this one...
At a time I was thinking in using a link shortener but got feedback that the users want to know were does the link goes.

Maybe the links could be truncated after the hostname. That could be a nice tradeoff between a short-nice-looking text and transparency of what the users are clicking on 😅

Twitter does link truncation, so does youtube.
I think is a good tradeoff.

Cool. Most of the text after the hostname usually doesn't matter much to most people and just takes up space in the post.
