What file would I use to make the OS boot?

You would use the main_floppy.img as it is a bootable virtual 3.5 inch floppy disk, or you could burn it to a real floppy and put it in a real pc.

You can also burn it to an USB using Balena Etcher or dd and running it from BIOS via MBR (add CSM Support).
