Date does not align with goal race if it is not the last workout in the plan.

With a plan like the Faster Road Racing 5k Schedule 2, there is actually a recovery run a day after the race. There is also a recovery week following that. The result is that the date picker won't properly align the race on that day, it aligns to the last workout in the plan.

Perhaps adding an additional key in the YAML/JSON to signify the workout is actually a race would allow it to align the race workout to the date selected. What do you think? Happy to PR it.
