[feature request] - Reduce Padding or make Padding variable

• Please Describe The Problem To Be Solved: Currently I have 4k monitors and the padding is to large. Is it possible to make it so that it's a percentage of the screensize (e.g. 85%)

I've tried to mess around with

hugo-paper/layouts/_default/baseof.html

and managed to get it all to align left but it looks horrible
