Add twitter share and fix linkedin share btn

Description

The linkedin share button is not working and it take the user to an abrupt url on linkedin. I want to fix this bug and also add twitter share button as well.

Steps to reproduce

• Click on share button on a post
• Click on linkeding
• You will not be sharing post instead on a wrong url.
