Agree, those things may (and probably will) change over environments and setups, windows would create one if required automatically, therefore they do not belong to the repo. |

It's a joke/not-joke PR. Also, I added a .gitignore to keep future desktop.ini's from sneaking in... Future work might include adding .DS_Store to the .gitignore |
