Fixed Path Mapping not always working

Describe the bug
Using the fixed path mapping function OS_FileSysAddFixedMap() with paths like /ram0/cf and /ffx0/cf will only work once.

To Reproduce

OS_FileSysAddFixedMap( , "/ram0/cf", "/cf1");
OS_FileSysAddFixedMap( , "/ffx0/cf", "/cf2");

Expected behavior
Both paths should be included in the object table
