I am currently using Microsoft.Extensions.CommandLineUtils 1.1.1 in a .NET 4.8 project.

What impact will switching to McMaster.Extensions.CommandLineUtils 4.1.1 have?
Is it 100% compatible?
Are there things I need to consider?

I assume that the goal of this repo is to maintain a compatible library; however, this not mentioned anywhere explicitly.
