Is this with MP2K HQ mixer enabled or disabled?

enabled, also i have a problem with the games controls not working properly, like when i go into battle it plays itself

Please open a separate issue for that. Also include more information such as OS, hardware (including game controller if applicable), save files and a video or more detailed reproduction steps. A vague "not working properly" isn't very helpful.

I'll have to see what can be done about this. But it's possible that this is due to how the instruments are setup in the game and then there might not be much that I can do.
