Update version of nearcore to the latest 1.35.0 version and have automated version update system in future

There are ecosystem partners requesting that this repo be kept up to date with the nearcore release versions. If this can be done in an automated manner going forward that would save future effort.

1.35.0-rc.1 is the same as final release of that version (at least I read it like that at the time of the release)

Could you elaborate on the reasoning for this request?

P.S.: yeah automation would be great I know.

Thanks! Good to know. The reason for the request was due to partners wanting the version to be up to date for their internal testing env
