problem with 11.2.0-35U

this is my directory on my sd card, i checked that my otherapp version was correct.
when i play the song, it says "homebrew ropbin is ready" and then returns to the home menu without opening homebrew or restarting/giving me an error message.

thanks for getting back so quick, how should i extract the starter kit?i tried copying the "3ds" folder and removing the starter folder altogether and the same thing happened as before.

tried all of these and none work, all of them gave me the "ropbin is ready" and then directed me to the home screen without an error (again), although the third one flashed red and green the first time i tried (it won't do it anymore). i redownloaded and replaced my otherapp.bin just to be positive i had the right one. i've looked at video tutorials that have all done the exact same thing i have and were successful.
